Coffee ice cream recipe, easy home made, no egg, 3 ingredient ice cream recipe using whipped cream, instant coffee powder and condensed milk. Ice creams are always preferred at home. We love to try different varieties in the Ice cream parlours. Here many of the top brand ice creams contains egg in it, so i always prefer to make Ice cream at home. We can make creamy ice cream at home without ice cream maker. I have already posted mango ice creamstrawberry ice cream recipes. Both are always a super hit at home.
After trying the Coffee mousse recipe last week, i want to try out the No churn, no egg, Coffee ice cream using Levista Instant Coffee powder. Levista is quite aromatic and the ice cream turned out pretty flavourful and creamy too. The addition of roasted walnuts gave a good crunchy taste to the Coffee ice cream. If you don’t like walnuts, you can add semi sweet chocolate chips too.
This ice cream was a huge hit at my home and my daughter’s friends who visited us for dinner, enjoyed it very much. So this summer indulge in this delicious coffee ice cream.Levista coffee is available in stores all over India, and also available on amazon too.

Description: Coffee ice cream recipe, easy home made, no egg, 3 ingredient ice cream recipe using whipped cream, instant coffee powder and condensed milk.

    Whipping cream 3/4 cup
   Condensed milk 1/4 cup   
    Levista Instant coffee powder 2 tsp   
   Hot Water 1 tblsp   
   Corn flour 2 tsp  
    Roasted walnuts 2 tblsp (optional)   

Method :

  • In a bowl | cup add the Levista Instant coffee powder.
  • Add the hot water to this and mix well without lumps.
  • You can lessen the quantity if you want a mild coffee flavour. I find this quantity perfect.
  • In a bowl add the whipping cream. I used the jar.
  • Add the corn flour to this. Adding corn flour gives a firm texture.
  • Use the cream which has 35% fat content, this works best for ice cream.
  • Using a electric beater whip the cream for 2-3 minutes until it forms a soft peak.
  • Do not over beat.
  • Transfer the whipped cream to a bowl.
  • Add the condensed milk.
  • Add the coffee mixture.
  • Using a spatula fold everything well.
  • Once everything is incorporated well, add the roasted walnuts.
  • I just dry roasted the walnuts in a pan for 2 minutes.
  • You can replace walnuts with chocolate chips too.
  • I wanted to add the salted caramel chips, but it was not available in the store.
  • Cover it and freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop the ice cream and serve immediately.
Notes:
  1. The sweetness was just perfect for me, if you want you can add 1-2 tblsp extra condensed milk.
  2. The coffee ice cream can be used for making coffee milk shake.
  3. You can add a tsp of cocoa powder in this mixture to get a nice mocha flavor.
  4. Adding walnuts or chocolate chips gives a nice crunch to the coffee walnut ice cream.
