Methi pulao recipe

Methi pulao recipe – a simple pressure cooker pulao recipe with step-by-step pictures.

Methi pulao is a simple flavourful one-pot pulao recipe, made in a jiffy and perfect for lunch box too. I learned this recipe from my friend who makes this so often. The main highlight of this pulao is, it doesn’t involve any grinding of masala. Only cardamom is used for flavour.

When fresh methi leaves are in season, do try out this easy one-pot meal and make your busy mornings comfortable. You can pair this with any dry curry or simple raita or dal.
