Cook rice into separate grains.
In a bowl add the gram flour | chickpeas flour.
Add turmeric powder, black salt, few pinches of pepper and salt.
Add water and make it into a thick batter.
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and add the gram flour mixture.
Cook this in medium flame.
Initially it will become a whole mass.
After a few minutes it will start crumbling.
Once the besan is crumbly like a bhurji, switch off and keep aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil.
Add 1 slit green chili, finely chopped garlic, and chopped spring onion greens.
Cook this for 2-3 minutes.
Add the carrot, sweet corn, and capsicum.
Cook this on high heat for 2 minutes.
Add soya sauce and red chili sauce.
Saute for a minute and add the cooked gram flour.
Add the cooked rice to this now.
Mix well evenly and gently.
Cook this for a minute and switch off.
Vegan egg fried rice is ready.
