In a small bowl add the oregano, olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar(you can add jaggery too), pepper and chili flakes.
Mix well.
In a wide bowl add the cooked pasta ( I used fusilli, you can penne or macroni too), cucumber, cherry tomato, olives, cooked chickpeas, cubed capsicum and finely chopped red onion.
Add salt.
Now add the dressing to this.
Mix well.
Serve immediately.
You can keep all the ingredients ready and just assemble before you serve.
