Ingredients

Beans finely chopped

Salt as needed

Cooked Toor dal

Instructions
Heat a pan and add the oil to it.
When it becomes hot, add the mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, and red chillis
When it splutters, add the chopped beans to this.
Add salt and stir well.
Sprinkle little water on this.
When the beans get cooked add the cooked toor dal and mix well.
Add the grated coconut to it, mix it nicely, and switch off the stove.
Beans curry is ready.
Notes
1. This goes well with Tomato rasam rice also.
2. You can replace beans with avarakkai or carrot or cabbage too.
