  • 4 tbsp apple finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp black grapes
  • 4 tbsp pineapple finely chopped I didn’t add
  • 1 tbsp nanari syrup optional
  • ½ cup water
  • Few ice cubes
  • *Add little sugar if you are not adding nanari syrup

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the banana. Mash this well using a fork. Do not puree this in a mixie.
  • In a mixie jar add the papaya cubes and add ½ cup of water.
  • Make this into a fine puree.
  • Add this to the bowl.
  • Now add the apple, mango, pineapple (I didn’t add)and grapes.
  • Add nanari syrup, if you do not have it skip it. You can add 1 tbsp of sugar if needed.
  • Now add in the ice cubes.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour this into the serving glass.
  • This will be slightly thick and not like a regular juice. You need to pour this into the glass using a ladle.
  • Enjoy Madurai special fruit mixer.

Notes

Notes:
• This stays well in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
• Do not puree the banana.
• Adding pineapple enhances the taste, so if you can source it do add it.
• Do not add watermelon or musk melon or guava to this.
• Fruit mixer tastes yummy when chilled, so you can chill all the fruits and make it too.
