Add 4 tblsp finely chopped capsicum to the batter.
Mix well. Use colored capsicum, it will be more attractive.
I used left over dosa batter, you can grind kuzhi paniyaram batter and make this chilli cheese paniyaram.
In a bowl add ¼ cup grated cheese and add finely chopped green chili.
Mix well.
Heat the paniyaram pan and add few drops of oil in all the holes.
Add little batter inside the pan.
Fill little cheese mixture.
Pour some more batter on the top to fill the holes.
Cover and cook in medium flame.
Flip on the other side and cover the pan with a lid.
Cook in medium flame for a minute.
Switch off the flame. Take out the paniyarams.
Repeat the same for the rest of the batter.
Chilli cheese paniyaram ready.
