Spicy black pepper noodles

  • 1 small packet Instant noodles like the size of maggi single packet
  • ½ Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Carrot thinly cut
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • For the sauce
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp Soya sauce
  • ½ tsp Chili flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp hot water


  • Cook noodles as per the package instructions
  • Wash well and drain water and keep aside.
  • Add 1 tbsp peanut butter in a bowl
  • Add 2 tbsp of hot water
  • Mix it well
  • Add 1 tsp pepper powder, sugar ¼ tsp,4 Cloves garlic thinly sliced, Chili flakes ½ tsp (if using) and ½ tbsp Soy sauce.
  • Mix well.
  • Peanut sauce is ready.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add spring onion whites.
  • Saute for a minute.
  • Add thinly sliced carrot and capsicum and saute for a minute.
  • Add the sauce and cook for a minute.
  • Add the cooked noodles to this and mix well.
  • Cook for a minute. Switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with spring onion greens.



1.You can add thinly sliced mushrooms, bean sprouts and tofu cubes to the noodle.
