Chaat Masala recipe
Homemade aromatic chaat masala recipe
Servings: 6 tbsp
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp black salt
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
- 1.5 tbsp amchur powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- 3 tsp mint leaves
In a pan add all the ingredients.
Roast it for 2-3 minutes in a medium flame.
Ensure not to burn the ingredients.
Switch off the flame
Allow this to cool completely.
Grind this into a fine powder in a dry mixie jar.
Store this in a clean dry container.
Use it in chaat recipes.
- You can store this in the refrigerator or freezer for longer shelf life. 2. Ideally, this homemade chaat masala stays well for 6 months if handled with a dry spoon.
