Soak 25 dates in ½ cup hot water for 30 mins.
Transfer to a blender along with the water
Add in ½ cup oat flour, ½ cup Jowar flour (can replace with atta), 1 tsp baking soda, 1 peeled sliced apple and ¼ cup milk (you can use almond milk too), ¼ cup Oil
Blend together into a fine paste.
Transfer this to a greased baking tin.

I put a parchment paper below.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 25-30 mins.
Take out and gently invert the cake tin after 2 mins.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut into desired shapes.
This cake tastes the best then the next day.
