In a bowl add 2 finely chopped onions, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, and¼ cup coriander leaves.
Now add in the cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Mix everything well.
Take a bread slice, I used whole wheat bread.
Spread butter on one side.
Spread green chutney on the other side.
Place the onion-tomato mixture on the top of the green chutney side.
Sprinkle with some cheese.
You can use sliced cheese also.
Spread butter on another bread.
Place it over the first sliced, keeping the buttered side up.
Heat a pan and spread ½ tsp butter on hot Tawa.
Gently place the bread slice on it, keeping the buttered sliced facing down.
Once one side is done, flip gently.
Cook till golden brown and take out from the tawa.
Cut into a triangle.
Repeat this for the remaining bread slices.
