Carrot Milkshake recipe
Easy no sugar added carrot milkshake without ice cream
- 1 carrot
- 5 dates
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup Chilled Milk
- Few pistachios to garnish
Peel the skin of carrots and grate the carrot.
Alternatively you can roughly chop them too.
Soak the dates in ¼ cup of hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and blend the dates, grated carrot, and 1/4 cup of milk into a smooth paste.
Add the remaining milk and mix well.
Garnish with chopped pistachios.
- You can add 1-2 tsp of cocoa powder or drinking chocolate to this while blending.
- Few almonds can be soaked in hot water and added to the carrot milkshake.
- A scoop of Vanilla ice cream can be added while grinding, to get a creamier Carrot Milkshake.
