In a pan add oil and add the raw peanuts.
Roast this in medium flame till it becomes crisp.
Alternatively, you can use store bought roasted peanuts too.
In that case the chaat is done in a jiffy.
Transfer the roasted peanuts in a wide bowl.
I didn’t take out the skin of the peanuts, but if you wish you can do that and then proceed.
Add the finely chopped onions, tomato and green chili.
Now add all the powders one by one, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt and chaat masala.
Squeeze the lemon juice.
Mix well evenly.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Peanut chaat is ready.
Serve immediately.
