  • ½ cup grated cooking chocolate or chocolate chips
  • ½ cup nuts I used almonds and cashew nuts

  • In a bowl add ½ cup of finely chopped dark chocolate. You can add semi sweet chocolate chips too.
  • Melt this using double boiler method. Ensure that the water will not splutter on the chocolate.
  • Alternatively, you can microwave this for 2 minutes.
  • If you are doing this, take out after 30 seconds and stir it.
  • Let the chocolate melt fully into a smooth and silky texture.
  • Keep this aside.
  • If you have roasted nuts just go head but if you have raw nuts, let’s roast this and then proceed.
  • Dry roast the nuts for 2-3 minutes in a medium flame.
  • You can chop the nuts into half and roast.
  • Once done switch off the stove and transfer the roasted nuts to a bowl.
  • Once it becomes warm, add this to the melted chocolate.
  • Mix well using a spoon.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
