In a pan add oil and add the finely chopped onion.
Saute it till translucent.
Now add the sprouts and the boiled and mashed potato.
Add red chili powder, chaat masala and salt.
Combine well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Switch off the flame.
The filling is ready for the Sprouts sandwich.
The same filling can be used for making paratha too.
Take a slice of bread and apply green chutney on one side.
Place it on a buttered tawa, facing the chutney side up.
Place 1-2 tbsp of filling on this and spread it well.
Cover it with another slice of bread.
Cook on both sides till it becomes golden brown.
Take out and cut them into 2.
Sprouts sandwich is ready to serve.
You can pack this for lunch box too.
