In a pan add 2 tbsp oil
Trim the edges of the bread and cut them into cubes.
Add sliced bread cubes to the pan.
Saute till golden brown and keep it aside.
Alternatively you can deep fry the bread cubes in oil.
In the pan add 2 tbsp oil and chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili.
Saute for a minute.
Add 1 chopped onions. I added Spring onion too.
Saute and add a little salt. We will be adding sauces so add salt only for onions.
Cook till translucent.
Add 1 tbsp chili sauce,1 tbsp tomato ketchup, and 2 tsp soya sauce.
Mix well and cook for a minute.
Now add the capsicum cubes and saute for a minute
Add in the bread pieces now.
Mix well evenly.
Add spring onion greens, if you are not using spring onions it’s ok.
Mix well and switch off.
