- 1 Mango I used alphonso mango
- ½ Green chili
- ½ tsp Honey
- Salt a pinch
- 1/8 tsp Red chili powder
- Coriander leaves little
Take out the skin from the mango and slice them.
Grind this into a paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
Chop the green chili into small pieces.
Add the honey, red chili powder, salt, and green chilies to the mango paste.
Add coriander leaves to this.
Mix well.
Serve as a dip or as a dressing.
We had mixed vegetable salad.
Notes:
1. You can add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic to the mango sauce.
2. A pinch of chaat masala can be added to give an extra taste.
3. You can store this mango dip | mango sauce for a week in the refrigerator.
