Easy and yummy salsa recipe, made using fresh ripe mangoes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh ripe mango
  • ½ cup finely chopped red onions
  • 3 tbsp bell pepper | capsicum
  • 1 chili finely chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato deseeded and chopped
  • 1/8 th tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a wide bowl add all the ingredients.
  • Combine well.
  • Mango salsa is ready.
  • You can serve this as a dip with Nachos, Roasted papad or khakra too.
  • Also you can serve this as a salad too.
