Take 2 slices of bread. I used whole wheat bread, you can use white bread too.
Spread 1 tsp of green chutney on one slice of bread.
Spread 1 tbsp of hung curd on another piece of bread.
You can use sour cream also. I used store-bought Greek yogurt.
In a tawa or pan add 2 tsp oil and add ½ tsp mustard seeds.
Once it starts crackling add the curry leaves.
Now simmer the flame and place the sandwiched bread on it.
Cook on both sides till both sides become golden brown.
Ensure the tadka spreads all over the bread slices.
Cut them into 2 and serve immediately.
Repeat the same for another 2 slices of bread. Every time when you toast the bread, make the tadka first and do it.
