Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Carrot grated
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum cubes
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • ½ cup Thick yogurt | curd
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 pinches asafoetida
  • 1 slit green chili
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves few

Instructions

  • In a pan add 2 tsp oil
  • Add ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 pinches asafoetida
  • Let the mustard splutter
  • Add 1 slit green chili
  • 3 tbsp cubed capsicum
  • Saute for a minute
  • Add 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Mix well
  • Switch off the flame
  • Add ¼ cup grated carrot in a bowl
  • Add the capsicum mix
  • Add salt
  • Add ½ cup thick yogurt
  • Mix well
  • Carrot capsicum raita ready

Notes
