Ingredients

Carrot
grated

Capsicum

Oil

Thick yogurt | curd

Mustard seeds

asafoetida

slit green chili
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few
Instructions
In a pan add 2 tsp oil
Add ½ tsp mustard seeds
2 pinches asafoetida
Let the mustard splutter
Add 1 slit green chili
3 tbsp cubed capsicum
Saute for a minute
Add 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Mix well
Switch off the flame
Add ¼ cup grated carrot in a bowl
Add the capsicum mix
Add salt
Add ½ cup thick yogurt
Mix well
Carrot capsicum raita ready
