Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 4-5 garlic flakes
  • Ginger a small pice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Peel the carrots and chop them roughly.
  • Peel the skin of garlic and ginger.
  • In a bowl, add the carrot, garlic, and ginger, then add 1/2 cup of water.
  • Pressure cook till three whistles.
  • Once cool, discard the ginger and grind the rest in a mixer into a smooth paste.
  • Add 2-3 cups of water to this.
  • Please bring it to a boil, then add salt and pepper.
  • Just before serving, add lemon juice.
  • Enjoy hot soup with the wellness of carrots and the flavor of ginger.

Notes

1. Do not reheat after adding lemon juice. 
2. Do not add too much ginger. Don’t forget to discard the ginger before grinding.
3. Carrot Ginger soup can be served with any warm toast
