Peel the carrots and chop them roughly.
Peel the skin of garlic and ginger.
In a bowl, add the carrot, garlic, and ginger, then add 1/2 cup of water.
Pressure cook till three whistles.
Once cool, discard the ginger and grind the rest in a mixer into a smooth paste.
Add 2-3 cups of water to this.
Please bring it to a boil, then add salt and pepper.
Just before serving, add lemon juice.
