In a pan, dry roast the 1 cup of oats for 10 minutes. Do not change the color.
Cool completely and powder this in a mixie.
In the same pan, add 1/3 cup of nuts and roast till brown spots appear on it.
Cool this and add it to the powdered oats.
Pulse it in the mixer a few times, let this be coarse.
Transfer this to a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of coconut sugar.
Add 1/8 tsp of cardamom powder.
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee, then add it to the bowl.
Mix well and start making ladoos.
It came around 11 ladoos.
