Soak the chana overnight and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
Drain the water and keep aside
Cook 1 cup of macaroni pasta with a little salt, till it becomes soft. It came up to 2 cups of cooked pasta.
Drain the water and keep aside.
Let’s assemble the chaat now.
In a wide bowl add the cooked chana, cooked macaroni into it.
Add green chutney, sweet chutney, red chili powder, chaat masala, kala namak (black salt), salt, lemon juice, chopped onions, and tomato.
Mix well.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Garnish with some coriander leaves and sev.
Serve immediately after garnishing.
