Chop one onion, and tomatoes roughly.
Cut the capsicum into cubes.
Chop the vegetables into cubes.
In a pan, add a tbsp of oil and saute the paneer and capsicum separately for 5 minutes.
In a pan add ½ tbsp of oil and add the onion and garlic. Saute till the onions turn slightly golden brown color.
Now add the chopped tomatoes.
Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.
Allow this to cool completely.
Add coriander powder, and red chili powder to this.
Grind this into a smooth paste. Add water if needed, while grinding.
In a pan, add the ½ tbsp of oil and add the ground masala.
Cook for a minute.
Now add the vegetables to this and add ½ cup of water.
Add salt.
Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
Now add the paneer and capsicum to this.
Let this boil for 2 minutes.
Now add the milk and boil for a minute. Use raw milk or boiled and cooled milk. Do not add hot milk. Add kasoori methi
Use full cream milk.
You can add 1 tbsp of fresh cream too.
Mix well and allow it to boil for 3 mins.
Switch off the flame.
Serve with roti, naan, kulcha, or jeera rice.
