I love fruit custard since childhood. Amma used to make this so often during mango season. We used to enjoy chilled custard during the summer holidays. You can make this fruit custard with any flavour of custard powder, like mango, butterscotch, banana or strawberry. I love the addition of mangoes to my custard and so I never miss a chance to make it during mango season. You can also make some interesting recipes using custard powder too.
