Cabbage pakoda recipe | no onion no garlic recipes with step-by-step pictures and a video, is always a favorite snack in our family. My mother-in-law makes it so yummy, and I am also trying to get the same taste, but the original is always the original.

Cabbage pakoda recipe

No onion no garlic added crispy cabbage pakoda recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 3 tbsp Rice flour
  • ΒΌ cup Besan | kadalai maavu
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Curry leaves few
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients, except oil. Sprinkle a little water on it and mix it well. Don't add too much water.
  • Heat oil as needed for deep frying. Keep on medium flame.
  • Make the pakoda mixture into small balls and deep-fry in the oil until golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil using a kitchen towel.
  • We had tomato sauce.

Notes

β€’ THE SAME CAN BE MADE BY REPLACING ONIONS WITH CABBAGE.
β€’ WHATEVER VEGGIE IT MAY BE, ENSURE THAT THE QUANTITY OF THE VEGGIES IS more.
β€’ IF THE FLOUR EXCEEDS IT, IT WONT TASTE NICE.
β€’ IF YOU ARE MAKING IT IN A LARGE QUANTITY, MIX A SMALL QUANTITY WITH WATER AND FRY. Otherwise, it will generate more water and will end up messy.

Method:
